Information Technology Operations Specialist

1.Superviseand ensure all aspects of application support, office infrastructure operations and applications (IT business operational processes and procedures)

2.Managecross-functional specialist team members in Engineering including IT Support, Application Engineer and DevSecOps Engineer.

3.Responsiblefor the operation of production and support systems and the rollout of any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements.

4.Evaluateagainst infrastructure optimization, disaster recovery optimization, performance optimization, and other projects

5.Ensure and supervise the needs analysis and design of technical infrastructure functions and support systems, and be responsible for the integrity and stability of the system

6.Responsiblefor using and monitoring production tools to track and improve the efficiency and quality of system operations

7.Evaluateand review information security risks on cross-functional recommendations

8.Superviseand control the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of services and communication responses to users

9.Create policies and standardize the Information Security Management System (SMKI)
