Information Technology Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements

Define reporting and alerting requirements

Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

Help design, document and maintain system processes

Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product/project team

Communicate key insights and findings to product/project team

Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Field as a Business Analysis.

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentation

Experienced working in Agile workflow

Good understanding in technical area

Familiar with SQL, data analytics, visualization and marketing tools such as SFMC is a plus

Experienced in working on chatbot and push notification for marketing purpose is plus

Able to create test scenario and run BA acceptance the testing

Skills :

Excellent in communication skill (able to speak and write in English is a plus )

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent documentation skills (ability to create FSD, BRD, Sequence, Flowchart, use case diagram, etc)

Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
