Business System Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Prepare training material and presentation of New System to user
• Bring Project to successful completion based on Timeline.
• Join User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with user
• Create & Manage Project Timeline.
• Provide consulting activity
• Make sure New System already appropriate with the project requirement
• Performing rigorous testing.
• Collaboration and discussion with engineering team about user requirements and prepare proposals for the user
• Developing new systems architecture.
• Meet Process Business Owner and analyze business requirement needs then make business process model and detailed requirement
• Make flowchart and flow business process documents (UML, ERD etc)

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field.
• Team building, managing and leadership competency.
• Previous work experience in systems integration.
• Experience and proficiency in modern script and coding languages.
• Placement in Jakarta
• 2+ years experience implementing software (ERPs - Odoo or CRMs & handle manufacture and distribution company are preferred)
• Understanding of Agile methodology and Scrum project management
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize them and meet all deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
