Has experience in banking/insurance/finance is a must

Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Understand the basic knowledge of all the company's products

Understand knowledge on basic hardware architecture to support sales and service delivery

Constructing technical diagrams (ERD / Class Diagram / etc), studying system capabilities, and also gap analysis.

Support, investigation, and recovery, if problems of failures occur in managed applications in the production environment.

Minimum 1 year experience as system analyst

Prepare SIT and UAT document and conduct testing process with stakeholders.

Familiar with SDLC, UML, Database Modelling Tools, API.

Business processes, Flow charts, and Database concepts (SQL & NoSQL).

Able to create reporting and present to IT Management and create proposed strategy of BSA improvement

Have Knowledge and experience in Core System enhancement or projects i.e Life Asia/AS400

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and requirements, and translate them into comprehensive system requirements.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Experience in leading team, assign team and monitoring team.

Can work and manage team more than one activity with proper timeline, output, and documented
