System Analyst (Banking) Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Identify automation opportunities.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Test business processes and recommend improvements.
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling.
• Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion.
• Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes.
• Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance.
• Assist with project management for selected projects.
• Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
• Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools.
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements.
• Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Identify specific business opportunities.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Have background as Developer (plus value).
• Experienced in system integration and API design related.
• Practical experienced in Scrum or other agile methodology (preferably).
• Have previous working industry in FSI (Financial Services Institution), e.g.: Bank, Insurance, Consumer Financing, etc.
• Have knowledge in Middleware, e.g.: EAI, ESB, OSB (preferably).
• Able to communicate in English.
• Must be experienced in Software Development, at least 3 cycles (or more than 3 years) of Software Development to support analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Must be experienced in FSD (Functional Specification Design) and TSD (Technical Specification Design) document.
• Must be experienced in data flow design & database design (ERD) to provide dynamic and scalable system.
• Must be experienced in various diagram design, e.g.: UML (Unified Model Language), ArchiMate, BPM (Business Process Model), etc.
• Have knowledge in Google Cloud Platform.
• Have knowledge in Open API Specification (preferably).
• Have knowledge in API description, mocking and testing related, e.g.: Swagger, Apiary, etc.
• Willing to work on site is a must.
• Have knowledge in Apigee (preferably).
• Having minimum 3 years of work experience as System Analyst.
• Have knowledge in K8s.
• Have knowledge in MSSQL DB, PostGre DB.
