Core Banking & Digital System Consultant (Senior - Manager)

As a Banking & Financial IT Consultant, you will be an integral part of our consulting team, collaborating with leading banks and financial institutions to deliver strategic technology solutions. Your expertise in core banking systems and digital banking platforms will be instrumental in guiding our clients through complex challenges and opportunities in the digital era.

What You Will do:

• Conduct in-depth analysis and assessment of clients' existing banking systems and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions within the banking environment.
• Design and implement innovative strategies to optimize core banking processes and enhance digital banking capabilities.
• Offer training and support to clients' teams, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Advise clients on best practices and industry standards related to core banking and digital banking solutions.
• Lead and manage the implementation of core banking system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and security measures relevant to the banking sector.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile banking, and online payment systems.
• Proven track record of consulting or working within the banking and financial institution sector.
• Extensive experience in core banking system implementation, customization, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in the banking domain.
• Previous experience in banking sector or consultant company is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and practical solutions.
