The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

W hat you will learn and contribute to


To interface towards customers regarding Nokia's vision and strategy in the areas of technology, products, services, solutions and applications from Core Networks perspective.


  • Knowledge of telecom technology & services solutions, mainly on Core Networks is a must .
  • Commercial Stream Leader ensuing customer pricing proposal and offer finalization.
  • Lead the Sales Operations for up to date data on sales & revenue forecast, LEs and new business opportunities. contribute to Account Development Plans (ADP) and Revenue & demand forecasts.
  • Execute the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, to presenting solutions and negotiations.
  • Hand-over of signed contracts to Delivery team for execution
  • Leverage on deep Indonesia insight and contacts/relationship with key stakeholders of CSP
  • Customer engagement and relationship management are extremely important.  
  • Sales experience as technical/services sales, senior account management and  leadership role
  • Coordinate customer relationship and internal processes to meet assigned financial objectives , including the product/solution sales goals.
  • Create sales pipeline, order intake and manage revenue
  • Strong business, sales and analytical knowledge is mandatory.
  • Deep business development, sales and services perspective on technology/solutions & services excellence domain. Understanding of e2e perspective on networks and IT for CSP’s is very important
  • Pro-actively promote & manage Nokia's Core Networks Solutions and developing new strategy and generating / driving new sales leads and pipeline
  • Drive customer sales engagement on technical and solutions level including Nokia internal alignment and coordination.
  • Lead and drive business opportunity and ensure by maximizing Nokia internal assets and business groups
  • Maintain Sales Management Tool (Salesforce) for management reporting. Provide timely information and reports to inform management of sales progress and success.
  • Develop, grow and maintain sales and manage relationship at all levels .


Your Skills And Experience


  • Pro-actively promote & manage Nokia's Core Networks Solutions
  • At least 10 years of sales experience as technical/services sales, senior account management, leadership role and equivalent with proven track record
  • Customer engagement and relationship management are extremely important and with strong business, sales and analytical knowledge is mandatory and able to lead and drive business opportunity and ensure by maximizing Nokia internal assets and business groups
