Memiliki setidaknya 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja dengan bahasa pemrograman .NET Core (C#, F#, VB), DBMS (SqlServer, MySql, PostgreSql).

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing huge team in a retail home furnishing environment.

Experience to ensure all initiatives grow the sales and support the sustaining of long-term profitability.

Accountable for defining the core area strategy (with business leaders) and enabling execution in all channels via Business Leaders.

Understand the markets, consumers and their living situations to improve how the customers’ meeting with the range.

Knowing the global priorities, the range, the national market and competition. Ability to define Home Furnishing Business Plans.

Have clearly communication in business strategies and priorities in achieving the overall goals.

Project Management, Product Management, or related experience min 2 years.

Experience in project management, preferably in a technology company and financial service

Experience with agile development methodologies

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Experience working with financial technology products (payment gateway) is a plus

Offer training and support to clients' teams, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.

Design and implement innovative strategies to optimize core banking processes and enhance digital banking capabilities.

Lead and manage the implementation of core banking system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.

Extensive experience in core banking system implementation, customization, and maintenance.

In-depth knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile banking, and online payment systems.

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, System Information, Management, Business, Economy, or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00

Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales/Marketing/Presales in the IT industry is an advantage

Have experience in IT Industry (Software), or Financial Industry is an advantage

Fluency in English (written and oral) is a MUST

Melakukan review atas Change Request, Business Requirement Doc, dan atau proposal sejenis, guna identifikasi gap permintaan dan dampak operasional

Melakukan review atas spesifikasi rancangan sistem

Mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan pengujian / testing aplikasi sistem secara menyeluruh

Mengkoordinasikan dan menyusun Target Operating Model

Melaksanakan aktivitas proyek terkait aplikasi sistem, meliputi antara lain menyelenggarakan sosialisasi/ training dan fasilitasi pembuatan prosedur / pedoman teknis

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang pengembangan aplikasi sistem

Deep understanding of BI-Fast, Core Banking System, Card Management System and Payment

Card Management Systems, Payment Switching Systems, Payment Hub Systems, BI-FAST Connector Systems and Core Banking Systems

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech

Experienced in leading/ mentoring team members will be preferred

Experience in selling Industrial products which involve engineering/ tailor made offerings to customers based on benefit.

Sales and business development skills

Must have experience in sales in: Boilers and steam. And condensate systems.

Basic knowledge of Thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, combustion and other boiler related subjects.

A customer-centric mindset, excellent communication, confident, innovative, ability to handle tough situations, problem solving and presentation skills

Have handled EPCs, Consultants, Process industry users

• Having good knowledge of Pascal programming language is a plus

• Have a knowledge related to IT infrastructure is a plus

• An added value if you had previous experience working as an IT BPR

• Analyze issues / problems that occur in the core banking system

• Work with the Technical Vendor Team to solve core banking system problems

• Having basic understanding of banking’s accounting system.

Experience with product management tools and platforms, such as Jira.

Proven experience as a Product Manager in the technology industry for minimum 2 years of experience.

Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including agile and lean practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Melakukan sharing knowledge kepada Head of SND Eksternal System Implementation atas aplikasi yang akan dikembangkan.

Melakukan koordinasi dengan team yang ada dibawahnya terkait dengan pembagian tugas yang akan dikerjakan.

Membuat desain sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan sistem aplikasi Eksternal SND

Melakukan koordinasi dengan team IT dan semua bagian terkait untuk mendiskusikan rancangan yang telah dibuat.

Diutamakan lulusan S1 Teknik Informatika, Fresh graduate dipersilakan

Mampu membina hubungan, kerjasama, kepemimpinan, integritas

Manage system configurations and implement into production meeting requirements, on time and with acceptable quality

Ensure requirement are delivered within time

Manage budget both Capex and Opex in IT BSS Support system Area

Undertake continuous actions to increase efficiency (e.g. build automation, business process simplification)

Support resolution of incidents/problems through high level problem / incident handling where developments of launched systems / applications is required

Deep knowledge about operation management field operation & surveillance

3. Responsible for End to End FTTX operation and Capacity management

Minimum 5 years experience with telecommunication industry

Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage

Proficient with Reporting Process and have good presentation skills

Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate to different level of counterparts

Experience in product management for at least 3 years

Having experience as data product manager is a huge plus

Understnad and apply product management practice and ritual to daily work (e.g., PRD, product prioritization, etc)

Able to translate needs to product requirements

Having basic knowledge in data is a must

Strong initiatives, proven from previous experience
