Job Description

This role will be reporting to the Senior IT PMO & Managed Service Manager.


Main Function


You will oversees the development of managed service products (Card Management Systems, Payment Switching Systems, Payment Hub Systems, BI-FAST Connector Systems and Core Banking Systems) from start to finish to ensure they meet the client’s needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and deciding which features each product will have according to the client’s preferences. The product will also support Partnership Team during the sales pitch of the product to clients.


Main Responsibility


  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
  • Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
  • Defining product features according to customer needs.
  • Leading the development process.
  • Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
  • Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  • Identifying areas of improvement.
  • Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.


Job Requirement


  • At least 5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech
  • Experienced in end-to-end product management
  • Deep understanding of BI-Fast, Core Banking System, Card Management System and Payment
  • Experienced in leading/ mentoring team members will be preferred
