2023 Managed Service Product Lead

This role will be reporting to the Senior IT PMO Manager.

Working arrangement: Full WFO

Main Function

You will oversees the development of managed service products from start to finish to ensure they meet the client’s needs and preferences. Their main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing various backlog items, and deciding which features each product will have according to the client’s preferences. The product will also support Partnership Team during the sales pitch of the product to clients.

Main Responsibility

• Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
• Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
• Identifying areas of improvement.
• Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
• Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Leading the development process.
• Defining product features according to customer needs.

Job Requirement

• Deep understanding of BI-Fast, Core Banking System, Card Management System and Payment
• Experienced in end-to-end product management
• Experienced in leading/ mentoring team members will be preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech
