About The Lead Product Quality (Platform) Role

Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, this Lead Product Quality (Platform) will play a key role in the Product team’s and wearing or multiple hats who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with other product managers to develop and design a product that would increase customer’s loyalty
• Create a financial model to develop a new product or programme
• Work closely with the CX research to find what is current in the market, the customer pain points, and whether the product is suitable for it
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to collect data, analyse, develop hypothesis, and create recommendations for customer segmentation and to develop a programme that would work for each of the segmentation
• Liaise with the Marketing team to create programmes and proper notification that would increase the active rate of the customer
• Support the Head of Product and Head of Business on the program, process and implementation, on developing strategy for portfolio action in creating customer engagement.

To succeed in this Lead Product Quality (Platform) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements

• Comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful
• Five or more years' experience in Banking’s customer segmentation or Product/Business Development area
• Ability to find a way to get things done without sacrificing the quality of your work, integrity and values. No task is off-limits for you
• Degree holder in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or equivalent disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken Bahasa and English is preferred
• Able to prioritise the success of the team over your own with an eagerness to help those around you
• Customer minded segment
• Accepts challenges and has the ability to bounce back from setbacks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
