We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and results-driven Market Lead to help expand CircleDNA into Indonesia. As the Market Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strong marketing strategy that will drive business growth and market penetration. You will also be responsible for P&L ownership and achieving a growth target of 5X in the next few months. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in marketing and business development.

As the Market Lead, you will have a unique opportunity to make a direct and lasting contribution to our hyper-growth stage company that is disrupting the healthcare industry. Through your leadership, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, market penetration, and brand recognition, while shaping the future of our company and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and execute on meaningful partnerships that align with the company's goals and values
• Localize content to resonate with Indonesian audiences and ensure consistent messaging across all channels (including opening up new channels that are frequently used by the target audience)
• Own the P&L for the region and work towards achieving growth targets for 2023
• Fully remote role based in Indonesia, reports into Head of Marketing at HQ in Hong Kong
• Develop end-to-end strategies that align with company goals and ensure execution excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives
• Explore offline pop-up experiences and other opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive business growth and market penetration in Indonesia
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Build and manage relationships with key influencers and media outlets to drive brand awareness and engagement

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
• Team player with demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from strategy and planning to execution and follow-through
• Ability and willingness to adapt to a quick-moving and ever-changing environment; can “turn on a dime” to make important decisions based on new developments and insights to ensure the best possible results for any project
• Experience in influencer and PR marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• A strong understanding of and experience working on the Indonesian social channels and outlets
• Native in Bahasa Indonesia, proficient in English
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Can-do attitude with a desire to learn, pick up new skills, and help support others when needed
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development in Indonesia, preferably with a western DTC start-up entering the market
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and autonomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
