Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Collect and analyze data using a variety of research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data Exploration.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in presentations, reports, and meetings
  • Collaborating with various research agencies for external Survey
  • Collaborating with diverse stakeholders and effectively communicating research findings.
  • Build research plan (including ensuring objectives, determining sample design, frameworks, timeline, Budget and what method to use) by understand stakeholders business questions.
  • Conducting end to end internal research process from the scratch.
  • Do market research projects for all stakeholders in business related.

What You Will Need

  • Have experience in quantitative and qualitative research
  • Good in team work or as single contributor
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the aptitude to pick up new skills quickly
  • Have experience handling end to end research process (In house)
  • Have experience collaborate with research agency
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both oral & verbal)
  • Proven effective project management skill, communication skill, and strategic thinking capability with an orientation to detail
  • Proven experience in market research, consumer insights and data analytics
  • Have a good understanding of the Indonesian market & culture and keep update with current trend
  • Have experience in projects with strategic focus like segmentation, usage & attitude, brand health tracking, and complex new product launch is an advantage
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience as market research in agency or in-house researcher and at least 1 year in Brand ( FMCG are preferable)

Note :

  • Advanced MS Excel: pivot table, index, complex formula. Power Pivot and excel Macro experience is a plus.
  • Experience of analysis using statistical software such as Phyton, Tableau, SQL, BI Dashboard etc. is a plus.
