QuestionPro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Director for APAC to join our sales team.

The Role
As the Research Director, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition as well as be directly responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring we maximize expansion opportunities. You will have ownership and autonomy over the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue targets for the APAC region through new business acquisition and growing existing accounts
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Discipline in documenting various details per our sales template in our CRM tools.
- Experienced in a solution approach to selling and adept at helping customers discover value
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective campaigns and events
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase market share
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Results-driven, with a proven record of using reporting metrics to track progress against goals.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in a proactive sales role. Preferably in the subscription software business
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales capacity
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade
- Ability to perform and deliver multiple, concurrent projects on time
- Ability to pursue a structured, analytical and solution-oriented sales approach
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to develop good working relationships within a global organization
- Fluency in written and spoken English along with excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in market research industry a plus
