Job Summary

We're seeking a diligent Research Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team, providing critical support across various accounts. This role involves assisting in the development of comprehensive research proposals and the design of surveys, with a significant emphasis on leading the data tabulation process. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for quantitative research and a commitment to ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Responsibilities

  • Take lead in the data tabulation process, including data cleaning, categorization, counting, and table construction. You will ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to ethical standards while preparing data for further analysis.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure comprehensive research delivery.
  • The primary responsibility is to provide end to end support to the sales team across a range of accounts and create meaningful impact on our client’s businesses.
  • Contribute to the preparation of clear, concise reports to present findings and insights.
  • Aid in quantitative data analysis using statistical software under the supervision of the Research Manager or other team members, focusing on deriving trends and insights from the tabulated data.
  • Assist in the development of detailed research proposals for clients, helping to define research objectives, articulate methodology, design sampling strategies, and outline expected deliverables.
  • Contribute to the design of questionnaires and surveys, leveraging industry best practices to ensure data quality and validity. This includes assisting in drafting questions, ensuring logical flow, and verifying the clarity of language used.


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with a keen interest in working with data and interpreting complex quantitative information.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, R) and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar is highly desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and findings.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling and analyzing data.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology, Market Research, or a related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest techniques and methodologies in quantitative market research is beneficial.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in data tabulation, quantitative research, or a similar role
