Qualitative Research Assistant Jobs

This is an entry level position, aimed to develop a Qualitative Consumer Researcher/Consumer Behaviorist in the near future.
If we could describe this position as short as possible is that we are training our talent to become Consumers Detective or Consumers Forensic experts.
You will be trained to help brands answering their marketing issue by talking to the consumers and investigating their behaviour. You will be coached how to understand the case, how to interview target consumers to get the underlying needs and motivations as well as observing their behaviours when interacting with products and brands.
This is a highly demanding position. You are required to have good analytical skills as well as very good people skill and self confidence to enable you to interact with the consumers. You have to be inherently curious as a person to be successful in this position.
It is also a highly fluid position, you need to have a good adaptability skill since you will be exposed to different brand categories, different type of consumers and different type of clients. If you are the type who are looking for stability, you'd better stay away from this position, but if you thrive to work in a chaotic working condition, this may be the perfect career for you.
