Qualitative Research Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting primary research with proper scientific methods
• Hands-on in preparing the research report
• Plan and execute end-to-end research studies using the appropriate methodologies to achieve the agreed objectives, as an individual contributor, project leader, or team members
• Lead the research project in qualitative methodology
• Growing revenue by maintaining current clients and acquiring new clients within the given budget structure
• Should be able to work to develop an independent research agenda in the application of qualitative methods
• Building strong and ongoing relationships with all levels of management at accounts to obtain the client needs

Qualifications

• Good presentation, communication and leadership skills
• Preferable from the market research industry
• Advanced training in qualitative methods such as (ethnography, policy analysis, FGD, IDI, project/organizational evaluation studies, protocol development for qualitative interviewing, case study analysis, etc)
• Min. 5 years of working experience as a qualitative researcher
• Candidate must possess at least a Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Philosophy, Quantity Survey, Social Science/Sociology, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English
