About the Company

Leaderboard App is being developed in order to help drive progress through gamified competitions. Leaderboard allows companies to be accountable and the accountability can then be turned into soft competition, helping each other to push hard and accelerate progress.

About the Opportunity

Leaderboard App is inspired by Pioneer, which recently closed down its Leaderboard. We need a product marketing researcher to help us understand the competitive landscape and position our product.

Our Needs

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Education and experience in product research.
• Business analysis skills.
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• Ability to build and motivate a small team.
• Understanding of how to position products.
• Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.

Activities:

Working alongside the senior management team and other team members:

• Identify competitors, their positioning, the functionality offered, and traction.
• Identify and develop a way to differentiate.
• Influence the design and development of the product.
• Design a route to market.
• Create a compelling customer proposition.

Acquired Experience and Skills

This is a wonderful opportunity to extend your knowledge and experience in product design, development, and launch by helping the team create a compelling market proposition. Proven product market researchers are well sought after by recruiters.
