Sales Represenative For Indonesia

PT. Kinerja Unggul Nusantara (KINERJA) is a national company focusing in Human Capital Development, particularly in Leadership & Performance development. We are an exclusive licensee of GP Strategies - the world's leading talent transformation provider, based in New Jersey, USA.

Our client - Indo Europe Trading, is a Dutch company based in Oosterhout, the Netherlands. The main activity is trading, intermediary and export-import of machineries and technical equipment from Europe to Indonesia vice versa. Indo- Europe represents four European principals :

1. Dieseko Group, a Dutch company, represents over 45 years of powerful high-tech equipments for the foundation industry, civil works on shore and at sea (off-shore).
2. V&T group, a Dutch company specializing in (waste)water treatment utilizing specialized water filtration system with more than 22 years of experience.
3. Friess, a German company. For more than 50 years Friess has been developing solutions to optimize the cleaning of process/industrial fluids.
4. Crystal Products, a Dutch company. Manufacturer of air-breathers for storage tanks, protecting the content of the tank from ingress of moisture and dirt.

Responsibilities

• Personally and actively caring for our customers
• Continuously expanding customer portfolio
• Responsible for controlling sales targets, actively monitoring customer visits, contributing to collection development through regular market feedback, and ensuring maximum customer orientation and efficiency in sales process
• Preparing forecast/sales plans to support our growth strategy
• Prepare concise, accurate reports, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations to our principals
• Promoting our products to new prospects in Indonesia
• Professionally presenting and successfully selling our collections

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Proof of good conduct in a reference letter from previous employer
• Preferably with at least a 1 year of experience in sales
• Diploma from SMK or higher in the field of machinery / electricity / chemistry
