Service Product Manager Jobs

Develop and continually improve technical skill of the service team.

At least 5 to 7 years working experience in business and/or service role

Grow services revenues through service contracts, parts sales, and general servicing.

Lead, motivate and inspire the service team to work towards total customer satisfaction and company’s objective.

To manage and lead the Area Operation.

Manage Existing Installation area portfolio in order to achieve Service, Repair and MOD targets.

Manage and handle area portfolio to propose and negotiate for Service contract, Repair Sales and MOD Sales and target.

Ensure company’s Safety and Health procedures, work instructions, programmes and requirements are implemented in responsible areas / activities.

Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering

At least 5 years of relevant job-related experience including product support or equipment inspection-related experience.

Communications skills, ability to organize work, credibility, persuasiveness, and high-stress tolerance.

Strong mechanical aptitude and Hydraulic Mining Shovel (HMS) product knowledge.

Superior planning and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements (with Or Without Reasonable Accommodation)

Familiarization with Hydraulic Mining Shovels product and identification of defects in material or workmanship.

Experienced in end-to-end product management

Deep understanding of BI-Fast, Core Banking System, Card Management System and Payment

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech

Experienced in leading/ mentoring team members will be preferred

Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
