Managed Service Product Associate (Core Banking/ Payment System)

This role will be reporting to the IT Managed Service Product Lead.

Main Function

Become a strategic problem solver essential to an ALTO Managed Service’s business (Card Management Systems, Payment Switching Systems, Payment Hub Systems, BI-FAST Connector Systems and Core Banking Systems) success. You will work closely with your business counterparts to identify IT solutions in business functional areas, you will also need to work internally with IT Engineering team to map requirements into solutions that is going to be develop or implemented by IT team. You will help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. You will also work closely with the Partnership team in providing solutions to clients.

Main Responsibility

• Work closely with managers and end users to determine the best IT solution
• Support Partnership team in client meetings from the perspective of solution
• Gather data and analyze business and user needs
• Define the objectives and scope of the business system
• Conduct post-project evaluation
• Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution
• Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process of the system
• Support Partnership in preparing solution proposals for clients
• Identify and resolve project issues

Job Requirement

• Previous experience in handling for BI-Fast/ Core Banking System/ Card Management System/ Payment product
• 2-5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech
• Experienced in end-to-end product management
