Minimum 6 years of experience in an operations role within the payments or fintech industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage time, priorities and complete tasks with tight deadlines

Previous experience in handling for BI-Fast/ Core Banking System/ Card Management System/ Payment product

Experienced in end-to-end product management

Work closely with managers and end users to determine the best IT solution

2-5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech

Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

Gather data and analyze business and user needs

Preferable experience in consulting/ project management/ business analyst experience

External Partner Management - Liaise with our business/service partners daily to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Able to work in a team with dynamic and constantly changing team structures and responsibilities

Previous experience managing small teams

Previous experience in customer experience/writing FAQs/marketing communications

Learn about QR code payments and how they integrate with business accounts

1 – 3 years of experience in banking and is familiar with payment business ecosystem (e.g., QRIS, debit card, etc.).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem – solving skills.

Oversee new payment product pre-launch preparation.

Prepare documentation as required by regulators for the new product launch.

Provide projection and feasibility studies.

Ability to work as a team, good communication skills, multi-tasking & time management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Good knowledge and experience in cash counter activities, payment, Accounting knowledge and liquidity products.

Escalate unusual problems to supervisor/manager.

At least 2 years as Bank Operational Clerk/Teller

Process cash, payment and deposit transactions in compliance to the policy, procedure and regulation.

Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years’ experience in payment processing

Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time, priorities and complete tasks with tight deadlines

Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, creditbility and quality
