Job Description

This position sits in our Payments team, a fast-growing part of our organization which offers businesses a suite of payments and collections products in one easy-to-use digital platform. Reporting to the Team Lead of Payments Operations, you will be part of the dynamic team that span across the region. The team executes day to day payment processes, which includes reconciliation, payouts and refunds, whilst delivering the best possible user experience.
What you will do :
  • Support in managing relationships with acquirers and other partners.
  • Drive product improvements to increase scalability of our backend system in relation to the daily Ops work and handling of payments.
  • Monitor and track costs related to payments, always ensuring the accuracy of data and the related calculations.
  • Own and improve the reconciliation of payments across all current and upcoming markets and ensure payments are always delivered on time.
  • Own monthly reporting to partners as well as financial reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Engage in documenting and updating internal operating procedures.
  • Own payment processes across the markets and ensuring payout, rejection and refunds are accurately and timely processed.
Requirements
  • Strong command of the English Language (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, creditbility and quality
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, driving toward clarity and solutions
  • Familiar with Asian markets payments standard and practices
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in payment processing
  • Highly analytical and proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time, priorities and complete tasks with tight deadlines
