Operations Specialist Jobs

Become a Beam City Operations Owner:

- Own city level P&L and drive it to profitability - this involves overseeing local workforce, writing SOPs/workflow, optimizing business ops, and warehouse management
- Achieve operational metric targets by improving upon existing areas of business operations via optimizations of costs, and various operational levers that you will learn upon joining
- Identify key operational metrics and manage a tight ship
- Innovate on existing processes and products as neededWork closely with the Country Operations Manager, to strategize, plan, and execute on specific country strategiesWork closely with the Community & Partnerships Manager, to ensure that Beam provides the best experience and micro-mobility service to riders and stakeholders in Thailand, through its operational role as wellManage 3rd party partners responsibly, and attend any meetings in regards to operations

At least 3-5 year of experience in a global strategy consulting or multi-national company

Proficient analytic knowledge of operations management and market analysis using data - experience with Excel & SQL will be advantageous

Must have strong proof of executional excellence in projects or operations in previous experience

Industry experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn is critical
