Source Code & API documentation

Melakukan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan akan masalah(bug/error) yang terjadi pada aplikasi

Gelar Sarjana Ilmu Komputer/Sistem Informasi atau bidang terkait dengan IPK > 2,75

Memiliki setidaknya 2 tahun pengalaman bekerja dengan bahasa pemrograman .NET Core (C#, F#, VB), DBMS (SqlServer, MySql, PostgreSql).

Assist with project management for selected projects.

Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.

Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization.

Having minimum 3 years of work experience as System Analyst.

Must be experienced in FSD (Functional Specification Design) and TSD (Technical Specification Design) document.

Proven work experience as a system analyst minimal 3 years

At least 2 years of working experiences as programmer

Experience with software development, creating FSD, TSD, Database Relationship Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Application Architecture Diagram and other required documentation

Strong knowledge of business information system

Fast learner, good problem solving, teamwork and analytical skills

Offer training and support to clients' teams, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.

Design and implement innovative strategies to optimize core banking processes and enhance digital banking capabilities.

Lead and manage the implementation of core banking system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.

Extensive experience in core banking system implementation, customization, and maintenance.

In-depth knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile banking, and online payment systems.

Assist with project management for selected projects.

Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales/Marketing/Presales in the IT industry is an advantage

Have experience in IT Industry (Software), or Financial Industry is an advantage

Fluency in English (written and oral) is a MUST

Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure

Excellent written & verbal communication skill;

Min. 3-5 years experience at Operating System (specially Linux OS, and Windows Server) in banking industry;

Having experience with operating system virtualization;

Having experience in application installation and configuration;

In-depth knowledge in banking business & terms, software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle.

Determine technical feasibility of business requirements related to digital core banking.

Converting business requirements into technical requirements for digital core banking related

Has hands-on experience in core banking application or loan related application at least 1 year.

Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn something new

Good written and verbal communication skill

Design integration solutions between core banking and surrounding system

Previous experience in handling for BI-Fast/ Core Banking System/ Card Management System/ Payment product

Experienced in end-to-end product management

Work closely with managers and end users to determine the best IT solution

2-5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech

Analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution

Gather data and analyze business and user needs

Experienced in end-to-end product management

Deep understanding of BI-Fast, Core Banking System, Card Management System and Payment

Card Management Systems, Payment Switching Systems, Payment Hub Systems, BI-FAST Connector Systems and Core Banking Systems

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product development of banking/ payment/ FinTech

Experienced in leading/ mentoring team members will be preferred

Have experience in banking/finance/multi-finance or insurance industries

Solid knowledge of technical skills.

Create user stories/requirements by collaborating with product owners/business users

Create FSD & Integration spec, which include but are not limited to validation, screen flow, data & report requirements

Experience either in Loan/treasury/Collection/Recovery Systems or anything related to Corebanking Systems.

At least 2 years of professional experience related to Technical BA, Information Technology Business/System Analyst, or related.

• Having good knowledge of Pascal programming language is a plus

• Have a knowledge related to IT infrastructure is a plus

• An added value if you had previous experience working as an IT BPR

• Analyze issues / problems that occur in the core banking system

• Work with the Technical Vendor Team to solve core banking system problems

• Having basic understanding of banking’s accounting system.
