About The Company

Insurance & Banking - Contract

Responsibilities

• Performing systems analysis on system features to ensure optimum system solution
• Review defects logs & recommend fixing the solution
• Monitor SIT & UAT execution, to ensure testing is conducted as per FSD design & testing completed with quality as per the timeline
• Create user stories/requirements by collaborating with product owners/business users
• Create FSD & Integration spec, which include but are not limited to validation, screen flow, data & report requirements

Qualifications

• Experience either in Loan/treasury/Collection/Recovery Systems or anything related to Corebanking Systems.
• Have experience in banking/finance/multi-finance or insurance industries
• Ability to keep up with IT advancements & trends.
• Has experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT)
• Strong knowledge of technical business analysis in a related industry.
• Able to communicate things clearly, and in excellent chronological.
• At least 2 years of professional experience related to Technical BA, Information Technology Business/System Analyst, or related.
• Strong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have keen attention to each of details.
• Solid knowledge of technical skills.
• Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology is preferable, but not mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
