Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

Manage and maintain coiled tubing equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance, inspection, and readiness for deployment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing operational improvements.

+4 years’ experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent

Prepare, maintain and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.

Experience in Microsoft Azure Solution and Office 365 assessment, planning, design, testing, implementation andtechnical documentation

Experience migrating from Exchange and other email platforms to Office 365 including hybrid environments

Certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamental, Microsoft 365 Fundamental

Strong Leadership Skills and technical aptitude

Memberikan support layer 1 terkait incident dan service request yang berhubungan dengan transaksi pada aplikasi-aplikasi under IT-MSOC.

Memastikan support yang di berikan sesuai dengan procedure yang telah di sepakati.
