Based in Indonesia, you will actively take part in delivering 55's projects to clients. Those projects can relate to data strategy consulting, architecture design, web & app analytics, dashboarding, measurement attribution and user experience optimisation. During these projects, you will contribute to promoting a new user-centric vision of digital marketing, based on the systematic and methodical use of data to support decisions.
You will report to a Project Lead in Singapore and will work closely with the Product and Operations Teams in Paris and Hong Kong. As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you will follow an action plan, issuing various deliverables during the project. You will guarantee the quality of analytics data as well as its interpretation during delivery sessions with the client. You will
be responsible for the content, the format and the overall quality of the outputs delivered to the client and for monitoring their operational and technical implementation.
Based on your good understanding of our expertise and our clients' needs, you will collaborate with all of our teams to develop 55's offer, both in terms of marketing and in terms of technical and operational delivery.
Job description
- Meet clients' needs and pay attention to the quality of all deliverables
- Deliver missions related to the monitoring of the client's digital activity based on key performance indicators (reporting), to onsite experience optimisation through data analysis and web testing, and to online media buy optimisation
- Develop a sharp operational expertise on both marketing analytics (traffic source optimisation) as well as product analytics (user journey optimisation)
- Analyse data and structure relevant information for the client's benefit, in line with business indicators specific to their industry (eg. mobile operators, retail, travel, etc.)
Education and Experience
- Knowledge of online acquisition channels: search engines (SEO, SEM and bidmanagement tools), display, affiliate marketing, emailing, social media, programmatic, web and mobile applications, etc.
- 0-2 years (Consultant) / 3-5 years (Senior Consultant) experience in project management or digital marketing, consulting firms (strategy, organization, change management), business intelligence software publishers (SAP, etc.), or digital mediabuy
- Fluent in English & Bahasa
- Knowledge of industry web analytics tools - Google Analytics, Adobe
- Bachelors degree (business, marketing) or equivalent diploma
