Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cross-sell strategies and insurance initiatives to increase fee income for the organization.
- Present our value proposition to potential partners, ensuring alignment with the business roadmap.
- Understand the partnership ecosystem to unlock value at various stages of the partnership.
- Drive high-value partnerships and alliances, enhancing our consumer lending portfolio.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies, including opportunity sizing, identification of diverse lead generation sources, and campaign development to create demand.
- Collaborate with executive management and all department leaders to facilitate the accomplishment of company goals.
- Lead the collaboration between key partners, vendors, service providers, and internal cross-functional stakeholders involved in project implementation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in handling consumer journey at NBFC/Fintech/Banking industry, with a focus on consumer lending business sector.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive high-value partnerships and alliances.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor degree in related field
