Min 2 years experience as Mortgage Sales/ RM Consumer

Good knowledge of banking lending and Consumer

Has minimum 2 years experiences as Sales Officer (Funding), preferably from banking industry

Bachelor Degree from reputable university

Minimum pendidikan S1, IPK 2.75

Memiliki pengalaman Marketing Funding Perbankan minimal 2 tahun

Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi AAJI, WPPE

Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal yang baik

Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis dengan logika bisnis yang tajam

Mampu bersikap fleksibel dan memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi

Collaborate with executive management and all department leaders to facilitate the accomplishment of company goals.

10+ years of experience in handling consumer journey at NBFC/Fintech/Banking industry, with a focus on consumer lending business sector.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Understand the partnership ecosystem to unlock value at various stages of the partnership.

Drive high-value partnerships and alliances, enhancing our consumer lending portfolio.

Develop and implement cross-sell strategies and insurance initiatives to increase fee income for the organization.

First-rate problem solving and negotiation skills, with experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.

Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to delegate appropriately

Ensure all audit requirements are met

Experience in the Collections/Accounts Receivable

Regularly review the status of all accounts receivable including collections to ensure that accounts receivable maintains high currency rates

Undertaking and overseeing credit worthiness checks and risk analysis in the department

Having a knowledge and relevant experience related but not limited to: emission calculation, decarbonization, net-zero emission, and greenhouse gas emission (GHG)

Able to provide strategic value to clients within ESG financing-related projects, including carbon finance, sustainability-linked, energy transition, and green finance

Able to identify liabilities across the ESG area in multiple sectors

Experience in the financial sector in embedding ESG considerations within risk assessments and in investment processes will be an asset

Any relevant certification in ESG will be an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimal Lulusan S1 dan lulusan Fakultas Ekonomi lebih diutamakan.

Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di Perbankan minimal 3 tahun diutamakan dibidang Sales dan Marketing.

Mempunyai kemampuan analisa Kredit dan Cash Flow

Mampu menjalin relasi yang baik dengan nasabah
