Support, investigation, and recovery, if problems of failures occur in managed applications in the production environment.

Minimum 1 year experience as system analyst

Prepare SIT and UAT document and conduct testing process with stakeholders.

Familiar with SDLC, UML, Database Modelling Tools, API.

Business processes, Flow charts, and Database concepts (SQL & NoSQL).

2. 4-5 years of working experience with Business Intelligence Analytics or Statistics or Data Modeling.

Knowledgeable in computer programming, database design, enterprise software, operating systems and hardware

Good analytical skill & can think out of the box

To apply the established IT quality standards, quality policies, and quality procedures in the software development and testing process

Perform data entry and manage partner/lead database

Passionate, committed, and responsible individual with a strong academic and non-academic background. (at least 1 year experience is preferred)

Has knowledge of ERP system and system integration

Has excellent oral and written communication skills

Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others (social skill)
