Information Technology Operations Manager

Our client is a Family Theme Park in Jakarta, and they are looking for an IT Operation Lead with following responsibilities and requirements

Working responsibilities:

• Updating knowledge with the latest technology to support the business
• Maintain a hardware and software license inventory
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
• Monitor and address incident and change management activities using ITSM software.
• Provide technical leadership to the IT Operations team that provides system operations, change management, configuration management, user support, IT security, database administration, and training.
• Ensure all the infrastructure and network are maintained well
• Doing BCP/DRP testing
• Ensure all the processes comply with IT policy and audit
• Work closely with the IT Head who maintains the Operations project schedule, budget, resource plan, and deliverables compliance
• Acting as an escalation point providing sufficient levels of technical know-how to assist in root cause identification and permanent resolution of issues
• Facilitate day-to-day management responsibilities including team support, feedback, open discussions, planning, and prioritization

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven working experience as an IT Operation Lead or relevant experience – minimum 3 years
• CCNA, CompTIA A+, MCSE, and ITIL Certifications are preferred
• Strong technical background in systems administration and software application support
• Education: Min S1 Technic Information/System Information
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
• Good Communication skills – English & Bahasa Indonesia
