Information Technology Operations Support

What you'll do:

• Assist in New onboarding session
• Assist with troubleshooting issues
• Handle document tasks (Print, Scan, send document)
• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
• Print & filling Agreement sheets (Draft Agreement & Addendum)
• Assist or responsible for related IT Projects
• Coordinate with vendors for related IT & GA Services
• Supply check and Stock Opname IT Assets

What you'll need:

• Familiar with computer devices & printer
• Familiar with Windows OS and MacBook is a plus
• Minimal Passive in English communication.
• Having an experience in IT support is a plus
• Final year students in IT or any field, fresh graduates are welcome
• Willing to work in the office during regular/non regular office hours.
