Description


  • Enabling the Frontliners to effectively execute Demand Generation activities and Channel Activation.
  • Responsible to develop and execute the program to improve the technical competence and establish confidence in the product value positioning of the Demand Generation and Sales Frontliners for new products launch and differentiated products
  • Supports the Indonesian commercial team in the development/enhancement of Demand Generation protocol for new products launch and differentiated products and in ensuring preparedness & readiness for product launches.
  • Leads internal onboarding activities (content creation, training sessions) with new commercial resources to ensure they have adequate product knowledge and understand clear product positioning.


Qualifications


  • Ability to recognize grower needs and develop solutions (i.e., existing or new projects)
  • Broad communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create networks across multiple stakeholders (farmers, consultants, government officials, technical experts),
  • Ability to build strong, resilient relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Minimum 5 years experience, and technical expertise (crop phenology incl. farmers' practices, product knowledge, value delivery KPIs & KPMs, etc) is an essential requirement for this role.
  • Ability to balance technical transfer and deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Able to lead product training (internal and external)
  • An understanding of, or ability to quickly develop an understanding of Corteva Agriscience existing and development products.
