Job description

Carry out day-to-day legal groundwork for clients as directed and under supervision of mid-associates, senior associates and/or partners.

Responsibilities

• Communicating and presenting thoughts, arguments, or analysis to various stakeholders.
• Conducting research (both field and desk) based on the direction of supervisors.
• Utilizing various growth opportunities (reading, attending courses, seminars, sharing session, etc.) provided by Firm to ensure continuous personal improvement.
• Other tasks required by Competition Practice Group.
• Actively complying to timesheet standard of AHP.
• Facts and documents handling.
• Delivering quality work for every task assigned with minimum error/ re-work required in all tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Conduct legal drafting partially based on supervisor direction (e.g., legal memo/submission).
• Conduct drafting for certain technical aspect (e.g., meeting report, translations, administrative matters, etc.).
• Developing Minutes of Meeting for every meeting or court.

Qualifications

• Inquiring mind and committed to self-development and continuous learning.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in law from Indonesian reputable universities within the last 2 years.
• Capable of understanding and responding to client’s business needs.
• Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solutions.
• Capable of working as a team player.
• Able to forge solid professional relationship with clients and colleagues alike.
• Has maximum 2 years of professional experience.
• Has excellent verbal and written English skills.
