About The Role
This position holds an important role in supporting our business organization, particularly Travel Admin. Travel is one of the most critical workstreams to be fixed within this organization, which will arrange and monitor about 6000 employees across goto.
What You Will Do

• Responsible for managing database and administration List
• Responsible for maintaining report and invoice filing systems
• Handling end-to-end travel arrangements, and ensuring all the processes and documents are compliant with the employee and company
• Liaise with other teams and leaders pertaining to travel and transportation in order to perform business travel
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor to ensure the onboarding process

What You Will Need

• Highly analytical and comfortable working with data and complex processes
• Bachelor degree and have minimal experience 1-2 years experience in related fields
• Having strong interest and/or experience in Travel Arrangement & Administration
• Have a natural liking to engage in conversations in English and building relationships with people
• Passionate problem-solving, proactive, self-motivated, and work with fast-pace
• Ability to write reports, email correspondence, and other written business communication

The primary purposes is to facilitate employee movements, transfers, and organize travel arrangement for employees who need to travel for business purposes.
