Information Technology Development Manager

Requirements:

• Familiar with JAVA (Springboot) programming language will have more points
• Minimal 2 - 3 years on operation manager to manage including backend,frontend, mobile app, testing engineers. Be responsible for tasks assignments and progress management for the engineering teams
• Bachelor degree or above, major in computer relate
• Programming syntax (Java, Javascript)
• English language (good writing, listening, writing and speaking)

s:

• Train and development team members in the IT function to ensure a high level of professionalism in meeting the desired performance standards and functional objectives.
• Participate in the requirements analysis and function design of key technical modules, and be responsible for the integrity and stability of the system.
• Set goals and objectives for development team, based on company business objectives
• To guide and support in the writing of core code, and to train and lead core team members to troubleshoot and solve problems whenever needed.
• Overall responsibility for development and rollout of any changes to IT systems to support new business requirements, or new integration requirements.
• Oversee all aspect of the product’s development, including design, testing and maintenance
• Code review and optimization.
• Manage cross-functional developer lead and team members in engineering including backend, frontend, mobile app, testing engineers. Be responsible for tasks assignments and progress management for the engineering teams
