: As an IT Specialist at KFL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with our IT team to provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, and assist in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues promptly. • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices. • Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems. • Assist in managing network security, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls. • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, licenses, and equipment. • Assist in creating and enforcing IT policies and procedures. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend technology enhancements. • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, contributing your expertise to achieve project goals. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of computer systems, network architecture, and IT security. • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting. • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
