PT Oji Sinar Mas Packaging, a carton box packaging manufacturing company located in GIIC, Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat, is continually growing it's services for bigger and broader range of customers.We are looking for IT Manager to support our manufacturing process to achieve best services possible.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Manager located in Central Cikarang. The IT Manager will be responsible for managing the information technology department and ensuring that all systems, applications and equipment are running smoothly. The IT Manager will also prepare budgets and develop business plans for the IT department, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized technology solutions, and stay up-to-date with emerging trends in IT

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and implementing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experienced with SAP systems.
• Excellent knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while prioritizing individual tasks appropriately.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management role.
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
• Demonstrates effective communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
