About the Information Technology Developer and Technical Strategy Role :

We are looking for Information Technology Developer and Strategic Program, Full-Stack Engineer, Information Technology Digital Channel, to join Telkomsel. You will be responsible to manage Telkomsel Information and Technology services and capabilities. What you’ll do will be directly involved with Telkomsel service delivery.

What you Will Do as IT Corporate System and Integration :

• Create improvement, development, explore platform to support Corporate System and value
• Having experience in platform to support system dan integration
• Responsible to implement more effective and efficient platform to support corporate systems, such as Microsoft product (365 , active directory , exchange , SCCM, azure, KMS, certificate services , power platform ) , Low Code (outsystems ), automatic platform (RPA / UI Path ) Microsoft Certification , Low Code Certification

What you Will Do as IT Digital Sales Channel

• Manage and delivery application for Business User, related mobile web application
• Having Certification Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master
• Knowing about project management, SDLC process
• Make sure development and Delivery process of application Digital Sales
• Women is preferred
• Skill & Knowledge Jira, Confluence, Repository Management (Git, Bitbucket)

What you Will Do as IT Enterprise Pre-Sales and Digital Service Channel

• Knowledge at API Management
• Coordination with stakeholder to development of flows of application
• Knowledge at IT Project Management
• Knowledge at Application Management
• Keyword of Role/Position: IT Enterprise Assisted Pre-Sales & Digital Service Channel Department
• Manage application development, manage application support L2/L3
• Manage application development so that it runs smoothly and according to the timeline, understand various needs in application development, manage the L2/L3 IT support team in resolving operational issues and coordinating with surrounding applications.

What you Will Do as IT Digital Business Tribe

• Initiate and conduct the application performance review, optimization/fine tuning and housekeeping
• Plan, design, manage and execute the testing report and use the tools and tech related to standard
• Support the IT Application Operation to achieve centrally managed process automation
• Skill & Knowledge
• Do the technical assistance for incident & problem management that could not resolved in L1
• Make sure all changes are well documented following the standard
• Cloud: AWS, Azure
• Conduct the unit & system testing for functional & non-functional test
• Programming language: Phyton, Java, C++, Javascript, React.js, HTML, CSS
• Jira, Confluence, Repository Management (Git, Bitbucket)
• Prepare the IT Internal Control & make sure the sufficiency of segregation of duty during the solution development and service maintenance
• Operating system: Linux/Unix, Microsoft
• Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, ITIL
• Full Stack Engineer that performs end-to-end application/system design and development and together with the respected team to deliver and carry out continuous maintenance and improvement. Will explore more about Web ECommerce as well as the AI capabilities for chatbot.
• Responsible for design and developing IT solution related to Digital Business tribe to support business to achieve the business target
• Conduct & manage the activity for availability management
• Artificial Intelligence (ai)
• Web developer, AI developer, Machine learning
• Develop strategy to make sure the service performance meets the SLA to fulfill business needs
• Support the IT Quality Assurance function in release process due to system changes
• Support the product delivery
• Responsible to manage the business user requirements and translate it into system / software requirement specification in line with corporate strategy & business goal
• Monitor the cost, time scales and resources which is needed in IT solution development

What you Will Do as Staff IT Technical Strategy Development

• Escalate and report any issues or support needed for the delivery of IT Strategic Programs
• Service Strategy Management
• Basic knowledge in Telco Digital transformation update is plus point
• Plan and IT Annual Plan in alignment with Corporate Strategy, including the assessment from external factor and strategic industry factors
• Basic technical overview of IT Enterprise Architecture
• Support cascading process from IT Strategy / IT Core Missions into IT Annual Plan and IT Strategic Programs
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of typical application life cycle development processes (SDLC).
• Strong willingness to learn and acquire new skills
• Ability to work cross functional team and build relationship with diverse stakeholders
• Support the process of determining a perspective (vision) for IT, develop & maintain IT Strategic/Master
• Support the socialization of IT Strategy to relevant audiences
• IT Staff responsible in supporting the development of IT Technical Strategy and its derivative, also supporting the socialization of IT Strategy and Annual Plan, and actively track the progress of IT Strategic Programs.
• Experience in IT Domain work, Program Management is preferred.
• Basic Program and Project Management knowledge
• Strategic and tactical thinking in IT domain.

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information System,
• Good oral & writing communication skills. English preferable.
• Maximum Age in September 2023, should not be more than 28 years old
• Having minimum 1 – 2 year’s experience in related roles
