Information Technology Asset Management

Multinational Tobacco Company is looking for professional challenger as Risk Management Manager.

Objective:

• Deliver and ensure IT facility (Asset/Non-Asset) are well deploy and well maintain to enhance productivity of all employee.

s:

• Manage the request and coordinate with procurement team for IT assets/non asset including hardware, software, and licenses to ensure that they meet business requirements and are purchased at optimal cost.
• Incidental Task Handle Incidental task given by superiors
• Verifying and evaluating an organization's assets to ensure accuracy of asset records and identify discrepancies.
• Getting rid of an asset in a secure and environmentally responsible manner at the end of its useful life.
• Execute and report progress of implementation status, deliverables, risks and issues to ensure business and IT Facility objectives are accomplished while working closely with multiple stakeholders.
• Tracking and managing an organization's assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.

Requirements:

• Asset management skills and customer oriented.
• Minimal 1 year(s) related experiences in IT Department or General Affairs.
• Minimal Bachelor degree of Compute Science, Management Information System or System Information.
• Basic knowledge of O/S, Data structure, algorithm, networking, information security and ERP.
• Language skills English or Korean (Preferably).
