Responsibilities:

• Exploit appropriate technology advancement to improve service level.
• Identify current state of processes within Ops Div.
• Identify new approaches to business process issue through process analysis.
• Understand & elicit both constructive & risky attributes of the processes.
• Measure & continuously attempt to close the gap of service level compared to industry.
• Establish initiatives/projects, monitor progress, & coordinate resources to achieve optimum results

Key Requirements:

• Min 1+ years of experience
• Min bachelor’s degree in management
• Life insurance background
• Certification of process improvement technique
