Responsibilities:
- Exploit appropriate technology advancement to improve service level.
- Identify current state of processes within Ops Div.
- Identify new approaches to business process issue through process analysis.
- Understand & elicit both constructive & risky attributes of the processes.
- Measure & continuously attempt to close the gap of service level compared to industry.
- Establish initiatives/projects, monitor progress, & coordinate resources to achieve optimum results
Key Requirements:
- Min 1+ years of experience
- Min bachelor’s degree in management
- Life insurance background
- Certification of process improvement technique
