👑 Job Role

• Ensuring the assets used are according to their specifications/needs
• Carry out periodic control and recording of office assets and inventory
• Monitor and conduct an annual analysis regarding the age and condition of office assets, prepare an asset replacement plan so that risks and disruption to work plans can be minimized (renewal)
• Provide asset management accountability reports to superiors on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)
• Able to track assets and inventory at all sites
• Asset recording in Jira Asset Management (Movement, Disposal, New Asset)
• Plan and carry out Annual Stock Opname
• Make planning and monthly and annual work budgets related to the procurement of office assets
• Analyze operational asset risks according to applicable SOPs and create office asset management strategies
• Prepare and coordinate with related departments for assets/work tools
• Responsible for managing all company inventory and assets, including operational rent cars
• Monitoring Stock Assets and Work Equipment

⛩️ Requirements

• Willing to work mobile to all sites (if needed, to carry out routine checks on assets at each site)
• Have the ability to present and write reports
• Must be proficient in Excel and willing to learn to use Jira Management Service (those who already have experience using Jira are a plus)
• Have experience working as an asset management min. 2 years
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Have administrative accuracy
