Qualifications:

• A minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Managing asset administration and documentation, including new and existing assets.
• Verifying property and vehicle insurance coverage and processing insurance premium payments.
• Collaborating with relevant teams for processes requiring approvals and recommendations.
• Handling legal documents such as contract agreements and managing company assets.
• Overseeing asset disposal and write-off processes.
• Conducting regular inspections of assets in the field.
• Updating and maintaining accurate asset data.
