Asset Management Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute asset management operation and portfolio of assets
• Collaborate with other departments such as legal, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth asset management operations
• Assist in the implementation of maintenance and improvement programs to maximize asset value
• Participate in due diligence efforts for new asset acquisitions
• Monitor and analyze the performance of assets to identify potential risks and opportunities

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diploma degree in any related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Willing to work in full WFO arrangement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• At least 1 years of experience in asset management role
