Asset recording in Jira Asset Management (Movement, Disposal, New Asset)

Analyze operational asset risks according to applicable SOPs and create office asset management strategies

Provide asset management accountability reports to superiors on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)

Responsible for managing all company inventory and assets, including operational rent cars

Carry out periodic control and recording of office assets and inventory

List expiry, update rental, and open/close store

Field specialization:International Relations and Affairs, Law, and others related

Able to use Microsoft Office

Fluent in English both verbal and written

Responsible for managing and maintaining a company's assets, including physical as well as financial assets.

Having 1 year of working experience as Legal Staff (from Developer Company or Notary Public) is a must

Preferably have an experience in reviewing and drafting contract.

Communicate with customers about agreement and legal opinion regarding to PPJB/AJB

Document verification from Notary regarding all related transactions

Review and cooperate with Marketing to ensure there aren't any flaw in an agreement

Handle legal related cases and support stakeholder needs

Memiliki pengalaman bekerja menjadi asset management min. 2 tahun

Wajib menguasai Excel dan bersedia belajar menggunakan Jira Management Service (yang sudah memiliki pengalaman menggunakan Jira merupakan nilai plus)

Bertanggungjawab untuk mengelola seluruh inventaris dan aset perusahaan, termasuk mobil operasional (sewa).

Melaksanakan pengendalian dan pencatatan aset dan inventaris kantor secara berkala.

Mampu melakukan pelacakan aset dan inventaris di semua site.

Minimum 5 years experience in asset value management

Competency needed / leadership: drive for result, influencing skill, problem solving and creativity, data management, goodcommunication skill

Collaborate with other departments such as legal, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth asset management operations

Prepare accurate financial valuations and market/accounting analyses to support business plans and budgets

Monitor and analyze the performance of assets to identify potential risks and opportunities

Participate in due diligence efforts for new asset acquisitions

- Have experience working as an asset management min. 2 years

Expose to sales operation function is an advantage

Responsible for the management of all assets belonging to the company

Responsible for registering the assets ledger and managing the fixed assets with fixed assets management system

Manage risk for all asset (insurance)

Bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting

3 years related working experience

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously

Perform administrative management & documentation of new assets, mutations, disposals & repairs of wealth and service life of assets owned

Understand asset policies and management

Able to manage company assets (new acquired, depreciation, asset retirement)

Have good communication skills both oral and written

Guide the optimal use and utilization of assets

Periodic inspection of asset register in the field

At least 1 years of experience in asset management role

Develop and execute asset management operation and portfolio of assets

Collaborate with other departments such as legal, accounting, and operations to ensure smooth asset management operations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Monitor and analyze the performance of assets to identify potential risks and opportunities

Participate in due diligence efforts for new asset acquisitions

Prepare monthly and yearly update of asset management report and plans

Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system

Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans align with strategy and budget department

Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers and valuations

Has Asset Admin working experience (preferably 1-3 years)

Compile and maintain accurate databases

2. Preferably D3/S1 majoring in Management/Engineering
