Asset Management - Warehouse

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system
• Prepare monthly and yearly update of asset management report and plans
• Compile and maintain accurate databases
• Prepare monthly reconciliation with supporting schedules of the asset registers to the relevant accounting records, and resolve uncleared items
• Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans align with strategy and budget department
• Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers and valuations

Requirements

• Has Asset Admin working experience (preferably 1-3 years)
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
• Able to work under pressure & has good attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets savvy is a must
• Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area
