Lead and contribute to the end-to-end investment process, from deal origination to execution and post-investment management.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in private equity, investment banking, or related fields.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts and investment rationales.

Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

At least 1 year of experience in a related field.

Strong attention to detail and administrative skills.

A minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Availability to join as soon as possible.

Melakukan pengelolaan dokumen asuransi (ikhtisar polis, buku, kartu asuransi maupun endorsement polis) untuk diserahkan ke konsumen

Melakukan proses penginputan dan pengecekan sistem untuk data asuransi, seperti SPPA, dan Policy Receive

Membuat laporan mengenai aktifitas asuransi secara harian maupun bulanan dan dilaporkan kepada Admin Head

Melakukan DMS pada setiap ikhtisar polis yang datang ke cabang sebelum dikirimkan ke konsumen.

Sedang kuliah atau lulusan s1 (diutamakan)

Memiliki Pengalaman min.1 tahun (diutamakan)

Bertanggungjawab, bisa bekerjasama dengan tim, sabar & dapat berkomunikasi baik dengan anak

Memiliki semangat, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam pengajar

Memiliki kecerdasan intelektual dan emosional yang baik.
