Mengkordinasi komplain dari warga terkait pekerjaan proyek pada kawasan estate.

Memonitoring dan mengoordinasi pembangunan rumah/renovasi dari konsumen setelah proses serah terima.

Mengoordinasi kegiatan dan team pengamanan dan kebersihan pada kawasan estate.

At least 5 year experience as an Asset Management Manager or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel: pivot) and industry-related assets management software

Input assets information to assets management system

A bachelor’s degree in business or finance is preferred

Strong financial background with experience in financial modeling

Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Collaborate with the People-Ops & Finance team to track asset-related expenses and adhere to budgetary guidelines.

2. Previous experience in IT support and general administration roles is preferred.

Asset recording in Jira Asset Management (Movement, Disposal, New Asset)

Analyze operational asset risks according to applicable SOPs and create office asset management strategies

Provide asset management accountability reports to superiors on a regular basis (weekly/monthly)

Responsible for managing all company inventory and assets, including operational rent cars

Carry out periodic control and recording of office assets and inventory

Basic knowledge of store room operations, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, or order management.

Make recommendations based on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management

Develop and manage SOP’s associated with the repair process at the client location

Provide live tracking for all assets repaired or managed

Bachelors’ degree OR equivalent (3-5) years of relevant experience

Experience in tire industry will be an added advantage

Have minimum 3 years experienced in IT Asset Management/ similar fields

Perform management of procurement documents, new assets, asset mutations and disposal as well as repairs

Asset Management & Office Supplies Supervisor

A working knowledge of asset management, reliability-centred maintenance, condition monitoring.

Strong relationship-building and management skills in complex business environments.

A working knowledge of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) enterprise asset management software like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Ellipse, and/or Maximo.

Design, implement and customise RPM Software for clients with a focus on the RPM Asset Management (AMT) Products.

A working knowledge and prior front-line experience with maintenance scheduling, execution, data input, and performance analysis.

A working knowledge of mining economics and mining finance tools.

Strong business acumen, good analytical ability, problem solving skill and basic legal knowledge

Have experience in banking especially in SME / Wholesale Banking, credit analysis or handling NPL account minimum 3 years

Have good negotiation skill and communication skill

Managing SME/Wholesale Banking problem accounts through various handling account strategies such as restructuring, cash settlement, auction and etc.
