About Our Client
A dynamic tech company operating in the mining industry and a subsidiary of one of Indonesia's top 3 mining contractors. With a vision to disrupt the market and establish a top-class asset management and maintenance system, the company aims to bring innovation and expertise to the forefront. It provides tailored solutions addressing clients' needs and serves major mining clients in both Australia and Indonesia.

  • Support the change management process and enable the customer to fully utilize company's software offering (on-site support).
  • Act as a subject matter expert (asset management area) during sales presentations and discussions with customers.
  • Conduct on-site assessments of customer needs and provide recommendations on how to best leverage software solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Consult with the customer on changes to key business processes to unlock additional savings.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized demos and proofs of concept to showcase software solutions.
  • Provide mining expertise and best practices to the customer.
The Successful Applicant
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong technical background - a deep understanding of mining industry technology trends and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
